Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in?
In contrast to our previous Online Shop, registration now takes place via the e-mail address and a password. For new registrations there will a a double-opt-in process with an activation link in an e-mail we are sending to you. For existing customer accounts, the username is omitted and access is via the e-mail address you have provided.
Can I add more than one product with the corresponding quantity to my shopping cart?
Yes, you can use the "Quick Order Form" function to download an Excel template, fill it in using the product numbers and send it to your sales and service center via the upload.
Can I view the status of my inquiries and orders?
Under "Orders" or "Offers" you will find your respective details and also the status of your inquiries or orders. After successful delivery of your order, you also have the possibility to download the invoice as pdf here.
Can I add products to my shopping cart that cannot be found in the web store but that I know exist?
It may happen that specific products are not listed in the online catalog. If you know the product number, you can add it to your cart along with the quantity you want by using "Quick Order". The product number will be forwarded to our customer service team who will send you a quote.
