Why is the designation "BEST Fluidsysteme GmbH" and "Swagelok Hamburg"?
Our legal name is BEST Fluidsysteme GmbH. Under this name, we are registered in the district court. For this reason, you will find this designation on our quotes and invoices. The company BEST is made of the first letters of the German words for stainless steel, steel and teflon.
Since we are an authorized Swagelok sales and service center for North Germany, we also have a so-called promotion name. As an exclusive Swagelok partner in the Hamburg area, our marketing name is "Swagelok Hamburg". You will find this marking on all our marketing documents, such as flyers, brochures and even advertising material.
Will shipping costs be charged?
For each delivery 18.90 EUR shipping costs (net) or the actually incurred higher shipping costs will be charged.
Exceptions:
- Tubes
- Express delivery
Can the delivery times of already ordered components be shortened?
A shortening of delivery times is basically possible. For the resulting amount, up to € 500 net can be estimated, but this can vary from one component to another. We therefore recommend you to consult our customer service in the individual case.
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee as to how many days or weeks the acceleration can be carried out with an applied shortening of the delivery times.

Can I pick up items from you?
You can also pick up your products directly from us. Our warehouse has a lot of standard products, which we can usually give you immediately. Some items are ordered directly for you and therefore have a longer delivery time. To avoid unnecessary ways, aks our customer service (04185 - 8080-0) for your exact pick-up date.
Is there a minimum order quantity for tube orders?
Yes, there is, but this is very small. With an average length of six meters, the minimum take-off quantity is one meter. For each cut, the orderer will be billed 6, - € net. Precision cuts are unfortunately not possible.
What is a clamp ring set?
A clamping ring set consists of a tube with corresponding clamping rings. On a tube are 10 front and 10 rear clamping rings. The minimum take-off quantity for this set is 1 tube.
